Abilities & Traits Required
To do well and grow within a Call center, you should be hard working, a team player and should have leadership qualities. The knowledge of written and spoken English and good communication skills are a must.
As you have to work in shifts, in which you might have to work at night, you should easily be able to adjust to the work hours.
Qualifications
No specific degree or diploma is needed for this filed. However graduates are preferred.

Working at a call center, your salary can start with anywhere between Rs 15000 -20000 depending on the organization you join. And as you grow with the call center, your salary increases accordingly.
