Eligibility
Candidates must have passed intermediate or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology with minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the PCB group. 40% in the case of SC / ST. Applicants must have completed the age of 17 years as on 31st December of the year of the admission.

Admission Process
MP-PMT Application Form for the MP Pre Medical Test will be available from MPPEB counter and designated sales centres from 2nd Week of June to Last week of June.
Application form can be purchased from the following Address : Professional Examination Board M.P, Link Road No.- 1, Arera Hills, Chinar Park Extension, Bhopal – 462 011.
MP-PMT Examination Fees : Rupee 800/- for UR & OBC, Rupee 400/- for SC & ST.
Duly filled OMR application form of MP PMT must be sent by registered post / speed post so as to reach MPPEB or submitted in person at MPPEB Office, Bhopal on or before on 02.07.2012.
