Faculty Development Programme in Management
Full Time CourseThe programme simply aims at developing the pedagogical and research skills of the participants. A package of compulsory courses enhances teaching and research capabilities, and a set of elective courses improve the knowledge of the participants in areas of their interest.

Participants should have post-graduate level teaching experience or industrial/research experience of at least two years.
Admission Process
Participants should have post-graduate level teaching experience or industrial/research experience of at least two years. Preference will be given to participants aged less than 45 years. Past experience indicates that participants in the early stages of their teaching or research careers benefit most. Since the FDP is offered in the English language, participants are expected to be fluent in English and able to communicate well in it. Considerations for selecting participants include teaching and/or research experience, level of preparedness for the programme as indicated by educational qualifications, and statements of purpose and anticipated benefits to sponsors (see application form).
