How to apply A request the prospectus and application form should be made to the Chairman, along with D.D. for Rupees 300/- (Three hundred only) drawn in favour of the college. The duly filled-up application along with the necessary documents should be sent with a crossed demand draft for Rs. 150/- (One hundrerd fifty only) payable to the college as registration fees. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

The following documents duly attested should be enclosed with the application:

One photostat copy of the statement of marks of the qualifying examination (12th)

One photostat copy of the SSLC certificate showing the date of birth>

Two latest passport size photos. one affixed to the application form and one extra

One photostat copy of SC, BC certificate duly certified if applicable.

Conduct Certificates from the Head of the institution last attended and from a prominent person of your locality.

Medical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.

Migration Certificate from the University

General Information: The candidates shall bear all expenses in connection with the selection of interview. They will have to make their own arrangement for accommodation during the interview.

The provisionally selected candidates after the interview will be intimated about the fees payable to the institution.

Selection-intimation-letter is to be surrendered to the college office at the time of paying fees.

Admission secured on the basis of false information supplied shall stand cancelled and the fees forfeited.

All communications with office in connection with the application will be entertained only when the application number is quoted. All communications from the college will be made if a self addressed stamped envelope is enclosed.
