MDI is looking for candidates with a consistently good academic record, professional accomplishments and a strong urge to contribute to the movement of knowledge creation and dissemination in the field of management. A Candidate should have a Master's degree or equivalent in business management, with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying examination. Candidates with masters or equivalent qualifications in a functional management area, such as finance (MFC), business economics (MBE), human resource management (HRM), computer applications (MCA), engineering (M Tech) or a professional qualification (such as CA) equivalent to a masters qualification, may also be considered eligible for specialisation in that area (knowledge-domain), if they satisfy other requirements.
