Acharya ITI Belagumba
To expand Technical Education Sri. S.R.Acharya along with other like minded philanthropists started a society called Kamala Krishna Education Society (KKES) registered under societies act of Karnataka in the year 1983 which started Acharya Polytechnic (now run by JMJ Education Society)
Acharya ITI (now run by KKES) was established in the year 1980 to cater the needs of Technical Education to the secondary stage students. In India BE and Diploma Engineers may find difficulty in getting jobs, whereas ITI passed candidates get jobs very quickly as they are skilled craftsmen.
Acharya ITI is imparting various craftsman courses in Mechanical, Electronics and Computer Science which are affiliated to National Council for Vocational Training and recognised by Government of Karnataka. Acharya ITI is spread across the following campuses which have so far moulded thousands of students who have set out their goals in various fields, most of them have achieved greater heights in their career.
