This Industrial Training Institutute is a Silver Jubilee Institution ( 25 years ), which is permanently affiliated to National Council Of Vocational Training, Director General Of Employment and Training,Ministry of Labour and Employment, New Delhi, Government Of India, and permanently recognized by the Commissioner of Employment and Training, Government Of Tamilnadu, since 1985 to cater the needs of students to study in early age and to get immediate employment in State / Central Government /private reputed companies in India or in Abroad.

This ITI is situated in Heart Of City having spacious building with all necessary infrastructure facilities with 24 hours pure drinking water. The admitted students are eligible for bus pass / train pass concessions having nearby bus / train facilities to travel in and outside throughout Chennai City.
