De Sales Private Industrial Training Institute (De Sales ITI) is manned by the Missionaries of St. Francis de Sales (MSFS) of South West Province, India, who firmly believe that ‘the education of the heart is the heart of education’. The MSFS Fathers have nearly two centuries of experience and expertise in imparting quality technical and higher education on every continent of the world.

De Sales Private Industrial Training Institute is a Technical institution with a secular outlook. Students of all castes, creeds, religions and languages are admitted to this temple of learning. De Sales Private Industrial Training Institute was established in July 2008 with the motto Excellence, Transformation and Efficiency. The Institution is affiliated to DGET (Directorate General of Employment and Training), Ministry of labour, Govt. of India The Institution fittingly and fully satisfies everyone’s educational requirements, particularly of the backward classes and the less privileged sections of the rural belt of Kolar.

The Institution is named after St. Francis de Sales, the patron of the Missionaries of St. Francis de Sales. We believe that true education is directed towards the formation of the human person in view of his/her ultimate goal in life and the good of the society. Hence, we aim to motivate the young to strive for excellence and to become integrated persons who willingly shoulder the responsibility for building a just and humane society.
