This Institute is established for Girls in the year 1990 in terms of G.O.Rt.No.18 Edn (Emp-II) Dept., dt.3.2.1990 and GO Rt.No.1523 Edn(Empl) Dept.dt.14.8.1992. Later this Institute was converted into co-education vide GO Rt.No.1306, dt.14.7.2003 in order to utilize the available infrastructure and also for better improvement of admissions. This Institute is upgraded through Public Private Partnership scheme. At present this Institute having 6-trades with 160 capacity.

We have generated an amount of Rs.7 Lahkhs through short term courses like Electrician, Electronic Mech., R&AC etc. by MOU with Satya Technical Institute Nizamabad and all the candidates were well placed in various private establishments and self employed.

Job Melas are conducted in the campus of Govt.ITI Boys/Girls Nizamabad. The details of the placements maintained by Dist.Employment Officer Nizamabad.
