Students of the Tribal Area could get the technical knowledge and get the employment with this goal Department of Employment and Labor, Gujarat govt. has started Industrial Training Institute at Jabugam in the year 1989 with some of trade 1) Gujarati Type 2) Welding 3) Armature Motor Rewinding total 60 seats in the rented Building of Shree C.N. Baxi School. The More Tribal Student could get the employment Department has started the FITTER, WIREMAN,MOTOR MECHANIC AND DISEAL MECHANIC trade at the institute with the Class 2 principal for the monitoring.

In the year 1992 the department has started to up gradation to Institute and by the order of Collector of Baroda , it got own land and building in the year of 1998. In the currently institute has own building and running 7 trades. With the total 224 for sanctioned seats.
