The total land of the institute is 28 Acre and 3Gunte out of which total built up area is about 8000 sq. mtrs. aprox.The Institute has main administrative building, two workshops, and also residential quarters provided for Staff members of the Institute. The Institute also has only boy’s hostel which has intake capacity of one hundred and fifty students.

Has been started by Goverment of maharashtra on 5th December, 1962 as per the G.R.no.TSA-4260/114443.And which is affiliated to the National Council for Vocational Training in carrying out the training policy laid down by National Council,New Delhi.
