In 1995 January ISSA started Vocational Training School with 18 students. Provided skill training in Electrical Wiremen, Motor Winding and Tailoring. 1999 ISSA started Industrial Training Center (ITI). Today ISSA trains about 145 to 200 young people every year.

From 1995 - 2009 ISSA has trained about 1925 young people in various courses/trades. All these young men either are working or started their self-employment and supporting their families. This has brought socio-economic changes in the area.
