This Institute was established prior to 1986 as a guest institute in Harijan kalyan sevak campus kingsway camp Dakka.It is shifted to its own building in the 1996 at DSIDC Industrial Complex , Bhorgarh – Narela Road, Delhi-40, which imparting Craftsman Training in various trades. The course offered by the institute are governed by DGE&T , Ministry of Labour , Govt. of India. Time to time courses were re-structured and modified as per the industrial and market requirements. The name and guide lines as provided by DGE&T and as implemented by DTTE are adhered with as per Govt. policy.
