Little Flower Engineering Institute ITC
In the very early 1960s, the visionary founding fathers and predessors of the Archdiocese of Verapoly envisaged an initiative to empower the economically challenged and marginalised sections of the society and their families especially in Kerala. Thus started a small engineering workshop in 1962 in the industrial hub of South Kalamassery in Cochin.
In 1965, Little Flower Engineering Institute became a 220,000 Sq.Ft., efficient infrastructure set-up with its well planned buildings to house the different coaching areas and practical training laboratories, trade test centres, job interview offices. hostel building and so on. LFEI was officially approved as an ITC by the N.C.V.T. - Government of India. Over the years, LFEI with the unswerving dedication of the founding fathers of the Archdiocese of Verapoly established itself as a pioneer in the field if technical education to bring opportunities for gainful livelihood to the people of Kerala.
