As far as your height is concerned, you are not eligible for becoming a pilot unless your height is increased. We do not know of any regime of increasing height. You can consult a Physical Instructor for help. Educational qualification wise, you should study 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for being eligible for a pilot training course.

You need to be just a graduate to get a job. Some airlines prefer people with background and qualification in hotel management and travel and tourism.
