There is an engineering entrance exam for getting admission into engineering colleges in Maharashtra called MH-CET. Admission for engineering degree courses are on the basis of merit in entrance exam by 'The Department of Technical Education', Government of Maharashtra. The centralized admission process for admission to first year of four year degree courses in Engineering / Technology will commence during the fourth week of June. A detailed notification indicating the dates, places of sale & submission of application forms, last date of submission etc. will be published in all major newspapers.
