i am done diploma in mechanical engineering after 10th CBSE in 2014 now i am confuse to what next because in india their many students who are unemployed and i dont. think doing btech is smart move ... i am very confuse plz help me.. ?

Don't worry, its alright to be confused.
There are many options that you can look at such as taking up any short courses like AutoCAD, AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Pro/E etc. However the best option will be to complete Engineering and join any job. You can appear for the Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET) for doing BE or BTech course in Mechanical Engineering. The scope for employment depends on your subject knowledge and understanding, as well as the stream and institute of study.
