The percentage of marks you require for admission depends on various factors. First of all, it depends on the kind of institute you are applying to. For an A grade institute, you have to score more and for a C grade institute, the requirement could be less. Secondly, it depends on the overall results in HSC in the year of admission. This means that if in a year there are more number of students securing more than 90% marks, your score should be very high. And if in another year, there are less number of students securing more than 90% marks, then your score could be less. So it is difficult to say exactly what percentage of marks you may require to get an admission to Computer Engineering. In general, it can be said that if you score more than 90% marks, you can be more or less sure of getting admission to a good engineering college.
