Postgraduate courses in Australia are usually of 1-1.5 year duration. As you are keen on enrolling for your Masters programme in an Australian institution, you need to complete your graduation and take the IELTS (International English Language Testing System). Though universities and colleges in Australia accept TOEFL scores, the visa office will require you to submit IELTS scores ONLY as a proof of your proficiency over the language. As for the contents of the IELTS, it tests the students English language skills. The student has to take modules in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
